Job DescriptionAre you a recent graduate or early-career finance controller professional eager to develop your skills in a dynamic international company? We're looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Controller to join our controlling team in Tienen, Belgium. In this role, you'll play a key part in cost management, supporting our business operations and contributing to our ongoing success.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform cost calculations for various innovation and process projects within development and production and be a business partner to our value streams.Input and manage SAP cost calculation data.Prepare, report, and present product cost prices and cost price changes to management.Support investment calculations by making comparisons, presenting proposals, tracking investments, and contributing to informed decision-making.Collaborate with various departments to advise them on budgeting processes and best practices.QualificationsYour Profile:
You hold a master’s degree in an economic field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, etc.) or a bachelor’s degree and have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.Fluent in English (mandatory) and in Dutch (desirable). Knowledge of German being a plus.Flexible, stress-resistant, and you enjoy challenges and change.You have affinity with digital programs and are eager to learn new tools and processes.You like working with figures and have good experience in Excel.A positive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to continuously improvement.Additional InformationWhat We Offer:
