Job Description:

In AT&T Brno we are looking for Junior Billing Operations Associates to join our new team who will conduct billing operational work to maximize the effectiveness, accuracy and delivery of billing information.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform non-routine audits of billing information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the billing systems.Develops solutions to billing issues and works with systems design to implement new features.Cooperate with internal teams on accuracy of billing information.May test new features of the billing system.May perform one or more of the following billing operations functions such as general billing operations, policy compliance, systems, methods, procedures, contract implementation, bill reviews, postal analysis, vendor management, etc.

Experience:

Entry level position in Billing operations - experience in similar position a great plusAttention to details, self-driven, responsibleFluent EnglishBilling/Finance experience is a plus - initial company training will cover the required knowledge

Location:

Brno office, full office workerShift: US shift from 2/3 pm to 10/11 pm

Compensation:

Salary starting from43,000 CZKgross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
