Junior Associate, Fragrances **JUNIOR ASSOCIATE , KYLIE JENNER FRAGRANCE** **GLOBAL MARKETING – NEW YORK CITY** **COTY is looking for candidates who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind.** We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Associate to join the Kylie Jenner Fragrance Global Marketing team. As a Global Marketing Junior Associate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the creation and execution of new products from concept to launch across fragrance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Packaging, R&D, Regulatory, and Creative to help bring innovative beauty products to life globally. You will report primarily to the Global Senior Marketing Manager - Kylie Jenner Fragrance. **THE ROLE** **In this role you will be responsible for:** · _Support the product marketing team, assisting in development of new product concepts, supporting formulation, packaging, and design directions_ · _Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, ingredients, textures, and innovation opportunities_ · _Prepare and update product development documents such as briefs, launch timelines, and trackers_ · _Support sample management and organization_ · _Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track key action items for product launches_ · _Assist with submitting and tracking purchase orders to vendors._ **QUALIFICATIONS** We’d love to see candidates who have: **_Essential:_** · _Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Product Development, Cosmetic Science, Business, or a related field_ · _Undergraduate degree required._ _MBA a plus_ **_Desirable:_** · _Strong passion for the beauty industry and product innovation_ · _Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through_ · _Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment_ · _Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)_ · _Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills_ **WHAT WE OFFER** This is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
