**Job Description**
**We are looking for a commercially minded and energized Associate Account Manager to successfully help us to deliver outstanding results which contribute to both our partners and customers as well as the LEGO Group.**

**Please note:** This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Grasbrunn and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Co-responsibility for toy associations, as well as dependent & independent toy specialist retail partner.
+ Manage relationship and business operations for the top European toy associations, as well as dependent & independent toy specialist retail partner within the DACH - region alongside the KAM and thereby achieve our strategic business goals.
+ Act as key go-to-person for the team on the customer side you will bring the LEGO® brand to live in brick & mortar stores as well as online.
+ Contribute to commercial planning, collaborate closely with our eCommerce, Trade Marketing and Field sales team and ensure innovative execution of all planned activities.
+ Provide support to the KAM and get on the job coaching from an experienced Sales Manager. You will act closely as a team and strive to achieve the targets set out in your account plans. In addition, you will be collaborating with sales colleagues in other European LEGO® business units working on the same customer.
+ Be an active part of the planning & execution process of the yearly Sales & Marketing calendar: End-2-End responsibility for activity plan creation to execution, with close alignment between Field Sales, Trade Marketing and Operations.
+ Launch and occasion-based campaigns to engaging consumer & shopper content as well as sales driving promotions. Plan, implement, keep track, optimize as well as follow-up on these topics jointly with the Key Account Manager, the Field Sales Management & Field Force.

The role supports the Business Unit overall ambition as well as our Western Europe growth agenda. Although there is a clear trend to more eCom sales accelerated by the pandemic, Brick and Mortar business is back and even beyond to pre Covid times, remains important and is growing across Germany, Austria & Switzerland. The Associate Account Manager does support the Key Account Manager in orchestrating and activating with the toy associations, the field force as well as the field sales management to reach more consumer & shopper through dependent & independent toy specialist retail partner.
**Do you have what it takes**
+ First working experiences in Commercial driven functions with international Consumer Goods companies and preferably first experiences in Account management
+ First experience in omnichannel activations on Marketing and/or Sales side
+ You are energized if you can get things done, demonstrate positive energy and you are ambitious to develop your sales talent
+ You enjoy working analytically and get energy from articulating conclusions and recommendations out of your analysis
+ Organizational talent and ability to prioritize the important from the less important tasks
+ Profound knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
+ Proficient in German and English
