Ejecuta ajustes de proceso en el área de moldeo. Execute process set up on molding area. 1. Realiza montajes de moldes en el área de moldeo. Perform install molds on the molding area. 1. Ejecuta mejoras de procesos, implementación de nuevos materiales y todas las pruebas que esto conlleva en el área de moldeo. Execute process improvements new materials and all the testing related to this. 1. Analiza los procesos de moldeo (fallas y comportamiento) para eliminar problemas desde su causa raíz y mejoras al proceso. Analyze the molding process performance (failures and behaviors) to eliminate issues from root cause and process improvements. 1. Conocer, ejecutar los controles y actividades relacionadas a sus funciones para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la organización que logren la satisfacción del cliente y los requerimientos de los sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Ambiental, Seguridad y Salud. Conocimientos básicos en mantenimiento preventivo en molde, equipo auxiliar y máquina. Basis knowledge in preventive maintenance for molds, auxiliary equipment and machine. Conocimiento en operaciones de moldeo de plástico. Knowledge in plastic molding operation. Sólido conocimiento de sistemas de robotizados de extracción de piezas.
