Your ‘day to day’:
Lead the assigned production line(s) with 24-hour accountability to deliver business results according to the company's strategy. Contribute to the strategy definition for the Business Unit, support the Business Unit Manager, and ensure its deployment on owned production lines.
Major accountabilities:
Ensure compliance with all standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.Proactively lead the quality program in cooperation with QA and relevant stakeholders to prevent quality incidents, reduce non-conformities, and maintain product integrityGuarantee adherence to production plans and maintain a high level of consumer service for the assigned production line(s).Lead the Production lines DDS to ensure timely triggers and corrective actions are taken to improve KPIs.Ensure standardization, reapplication, and knowledge-sharing of best practices and standards. Propose new solutions to eliminate production losses.Responsible for the vertical start-up of projects and initiatives in the production lines.Define and own the lines' budget, ensuring tracking and compliance with committed OB numbers.Focus on delivering productivity targets by eliminating losses in processes related to uptime, DIM Waste, Yield, Overtime, R&M (repair and maintenance), utilities, and environment.Perform regular coaching to develop team capabilities on daily management systems according to IMS. Support the skill and technical development of each team member to build ownership and team autonomy.Build effective relationships within production lines and with other key stakeholders across the business to achieve outstanding business outcomes.Act as a Pillar Member of the assigned pillar. Contribute to the full-year pillar plan definition and implementation aligned with the TPM Phase journey.Responsible for implementing Standard Work Processes defined in Pillars (AM steps, quality factors, problem-solving SWP, etc.).
Who we’re looking for:
College Degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3-4 years of experience managing people.Desirable experience in IWS/TPM methodology and autonomous maintenance.Fluent in English and Spanish
