Job Description

Responsibility:

1. SW, AI & Data analytic development for SghP manufacutring and supply chain.

2. SghP is working 2 on digitaliation transformation, there are dozens of digitalization topics / projects are running. such as AI applications in quality managmeent and manufacturing, plant AI knowledge platform, plant data architechture setup etc. JMP could lead the transformation and those projects.

3. Job rotation to leading plants to broaden the perspectives and gain more state-of-art digital transformation experience.

Qualifications

Qualification:

1.Master degree or above, majoring software technology or data technology related;

2.At least 1-3 years working experience with good achievement in related industries and positions;

3.High leadership potential with strategic thinking and good overview, ambitious to lead the team, and passion for innovations;

4.Good storyline telling and presentation skill, fast learner with open minded, flexible to different working environment and topics.

potential rotation in various areas (incl. manufacturing digitalization, supply chain digitalization, oversea collaboration for introducing head rotation and quarter digitalization/automation projects to shanghai and its supply chain)
