岗位职责：

-负责算力管理平台后端服务的设计、开发和优化

-确保后端服务稳定、可靠、高效，开发高性能API

-基于LangChain、Dify、AutoGen等主流框架进行二次开发，构建符合业务需求的 Agent 服务

-挖掘业务场景适配自研大模型应用，通过业务数据和知识库对现有模型进行RAG增强和拓展，并对大模型应用进行运维和优化

-支持AI网关平台的设计和开发，确保平台在高并发、大数据量场景下的稳定运行与高效扩展

岗位要求：

1.计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验，具备良好的工程实现能力

2.编程基础扎实，具备良好的代码编写习惯，熟悉JAVA多线程、JVM调优，熟悉Linux常用命令 

3.精通spring、mybatis等框架，熟悉spring cloud微服务，熟悉restful接口规范

4.对go或python有一定了解，能快速上手开发 

5.熟悉mysql/postgresql、elasticsearch；有过大数据hadoop、spark/flink开发经验尤佳；熟悉常见的开源分布式中间件、缓存、消息队列等 

6.有过云计算产品(如aws/azure/阿里云)、AI、模型训练和推理、大型分布式开发经验优先；

7.具备极强的探索学习能力、较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够独立开展工作并落地；

8.熟悉模型训推、多模态、AI Agent（单、多智能体）、RAG、智能体编排等技术框架。
