Job DescriptionSupport local customers on incidents received through SMT (ticketing system)Support local customers who walk-in and make sure a ticket is logged in ITPS DASHDeployment of BD accessories from stockAccessories Charging: ensure cost recharging for issued BD accessories.ITFM: Installation and deployment of computers (new orders/replacements/repairs) based on instructions received from the ITFM country responsibleITFM: Ensure CMDB is updated whenever a computer is taken out of stock or back inParticipate in the monthly spot-check conducted by the local ITFM country responsibleDeployment of mobile phones based on instructions received from the mobility country responsibleSupport on hands-on infrastructure related activities (example: replacement of access points/ switches/printers/ consumables…)Any other duties as assign by the IT Management

Qualifications

Your competencies and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field1–2 years’ experience in an IT related roleProficiency in Microsoft Office
