Design, develop, and maintain AI-focused, HR and Payroll system integrations that support business processes across HR and Payroll functions. This role involves analysis and development using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIBs, PECI, REST/SOAP APIs
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Integrations: Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using AI functionality within Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and APIs.
Ensure integrations are efficient and aligned with Lenovo policy and security practices
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and Support integration issues
Develop and maintain Workday Extend applications to enhance business functions
