And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you'll keep learning exciting new approaches. **About the role** We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT&D Solution Architect to join our dynamic team to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient logistics solutions for Reckitt Benckiser operations. You will be responsible for driving the IT architecture strategy for logistics, continuously exploring innovative technologies, ensuring seamless integration with transportation, warehouse management, ERP and other systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in logistics processes and technologies, enterprise architecture, CPG industry best practices **Your responsibilities** • Architect and design solutions for logistics operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise IT&D strategy. • Define the logistics technology roadmap, identifying emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Providing a business-oriented expertise and leadership to translate logistics requirements into scalable and compliant IT&D solutions. • Project management of multiple projects as situation demands including policies and procedures, status reports, system design, process flows and project presentations. • Ensure logistics data is leveraged for predictive analytics, real-time tracking and performance optimisation. • Ensure logistics IT&D solutions comply with industry standards, cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements. • Evaluate, select and manage multiple vendors and service partners to address the varying needs of the business and programme/s. **The experience we're looking for** • 10+ years of experience with proficiency in capturing business requirements, designing solutions to fit out of box functionality, covering core Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules and advanced modules. • Proficient in preparing and/or assuring quality of Functional, Technical and Configuration specifications. • Functional understanding of Supply Logistics and analytic solutions/technologies. • Proven experience designing large scale integrated logistics solutions involving ERP (SAP, JDE) • Proven experience in preparing and aligning with business and technical stakeholders a delivery and resource plan for implementing large scale logistics solutions across the globe. • Understanding of IT architecture and cybersecurity best practices, challenges and solutions. • Ability and experience prioritising work in a global demanding environment while conversant in communicating across all levels within the business and IT. **The skills for success** Oracle transport Management, OTM, Supply, Logistics, Solution design, End to End Implementation, Logistics Solutions **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
