The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the management of IT&D tools/capabilities within the Connected Labs product line in collaboration with the product manager. **Your responsibilities** - Working with laboratory users and applications/tools' - Communicating with detailed oriented stakeholders with high expectations regarding quality and effectiveness of deliverables which products will bring. - You will have the ability to operate with ambiguity in matrix structures (including people from different countries and companies) with a high sense of achievement through getting things done. - You’re commercially astute and adept at interpreting complex data into easily understood communications and requirements for business and technical teams. - Working closely with R&D and laboratory users across Reckitt globally to understand their requirements and possible value that can be achieved by implementing new or enhancing existing IT&D applications and tools. - Elaboration, analysis, documentation, and testing (defines functional test protocols and monitor tests) of product requirements (e.g., features, user stories) - Preparation and delivery of product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams - Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value - Identification of relevant security, architectural, legal regulations, compliance requirements that need to be adhered to support industry best practices. - Liaises with the Product Team and the business community to elaborate product requirements - Supports the Product Manager with the development and execution of the product strategy - Co-ordinates with UX/UI Designers, Architects and Platform Team Members to align on product requirements - Writes prompts and guides development team (functionally) - Maintains a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services - Defines KPIs/ tests protocols with Product Manager and supports monitoring value of the solution with end-users - Preparation and monitoring of metrics, including product utilisation and satisfaction rates (e.g., NPS, # of end users/solution adoption, intensity of product usage), training surveys, stakeholder and user feedback. **The experience we're looking for** - Degree qualification in science or IT subject, or life science background or related discipline - Strong business domain (laboratory) knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls - Familiar with laboratory applications, such as LIMS or CDS - Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities/risks they present to the business domain - Experience in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies - Knowledge regarding Application management and service management - Basic knowledge of software validation, data management, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards - Attention to detail - Good organisational skills - Ability to work to tight timelines and remain calm under high pressure - Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a high paced environment without supervision with ability to set direction and manage with hands-off approach. - Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills - Flexibility in analytical thinking, with creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills to fulfil customer needs with high quality and deliver continuous service improvement - Excellent understanding of the organisation’s goals and objectives with a strong commercial and business awareness. **The skills for success** Digital Strategy, Product Solution Architecture, Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Portfolio Management, Data Governance, Product Compliance, Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Outstanding Communication, stakeholder engagement. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
