**About the role**
The IMSU (Investigational Materials Supply Unit) associate is responsible for ensuring the assembly of investigational study supplies is executed to a high GxP standard and to agreed deadlines. This role requires working collaboratively with the R&D Category, SCSE/Clinical teams, Regulatory, R&D Quality, IMSU Team Leader and fellow IMSU associates and IMSU Assistants to ensure products are assembled and supplied to agreed study deadlines
**Your responsibilities**
- Works with the IMSU Team Leader, to plan and realise investigational study assembly in accordance with the IMSU study assembly schedule.
- Manages resources (personnel and materials) to ensure delivery of investigational study supplies to agreed timelines
- Maintains stock levels and associated documentation to the required GxP standards
- Ensures all tasks associated with packaging and assembly of study supplies are completed in compliance with Reckitt procedures by trained and competent personnel
- Ensures GxP documentation is completed as required for all packaging and assembly activities.
- Assists with the development, reviewing and approval of departmental procedures.
- Initiates deviations & change controls where necessary and ensures that these GxP documents are completed as per Reckitt procedures
- Provides support, training and supervision where necessary for IMSU Assistants and additional packaging personnel.
- Takes a full role in the delivery of all team KPI’s and objectives.
**The experience we're looking for**
- GxP experience in a similar role or a pharmaceutical packaging environment with a broad knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetic and general product development
- A good working understanding of GxP principles (with particular emphasis on GMP and GCP)
- Ideally qualified to degree standard in a relevant scientific discipline or qualified registered pharmacy / dispensing technician
- Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and delivery.
- Ability to manage activities on a number of products simultaneously with multiple deadlines and priorities
