Make It Uniquely Yours.** You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards. **How you will contribute** You will: + Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS) + Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS + Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps + Establish new work standards to sustain improvement + Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + CI and high-performance work systems experience + Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities + Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment + Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems + Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools + Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process + Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data **What you need to know about this position:** The Inventory Leader is responsible for developing and monitoring systems that ensure inventory integrity from receipt of goods, internal processing, and through to finished goods. **More about this role:** + Develop and manage reports to evaluate inventory accuracy, master data accuracy (BO), rework, and waste levels. + Maintain and distribute monthly metrics and performance charts. + Provide procedures, direction, and support to material analysts and operating team members. + Work with leaders and colleagues to develop a site-specific Materials Management Strategy. + Work with accounting and manufacturing to ensure systems are in place that allow for inventory integrity from receipt of goods, internal processing, and through to finished goods. + Establish material handling processes and procedures to maintain the accuracy of master data (BOM) and accurately track ingredient and packaging waste. + Manage root cause analysis and identify corrective actions (involving people, procedures, and equipment) to achieve world-class measures for materials issues. + Coordinate activities of analyst and production clerks performing adjustments, movements, and other inventory tasks. + Provide an awareness of materials management issues and requirements into the new Item and product change control processes to help build accuracy and quality into the program. + Understand and follow Mondelez Manufacturing food safety systems and procedures. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Education and Certification:** + Technical degree/diploma: Engineering, Science, or Business **Job Specific Requirements:** + Proficient with SAP + Keen analytical and planning skills + High level of interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams + Manufacturing experience is an asset **Travel Requirements** + None **Work Schedule** + Days: Monday - Friday No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** With several brands that are among consumer favourites, including Cadbury, OREO, Christie and Maynards, we are one of the largest snack companies in Canada.
