Are you ready? ** **What you’ll do:** **Responsibilities:** + **Create Wiring Tables:** Develop wiring tables from engineering schematics to ensure accurate and efficient electrical connections. + **Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) Events:** Engage in CI events to identify opportunities for cost and cycle time reduction. + **Execute CI Actions:** Implement actions from CI events to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. + **Work Instruction Creation:** Develop clear and concise work instructions to guide manufacturing operations. + **Time Study Completions:** Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production processes. **Qualifications:** **Basic (Required) Qualifications:** + Currently enrolled in an associate's, or bachelor's degree program at an accredited institution in Engineering/Engineering technology or related field. + Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher (please do not round). + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. + Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Broomfield, CO. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 2-year degree in engineering technology, electrical engineering technology or a related field. + Previous Electrical experience **Skills:** + Strong interest in working in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics. + Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and teamwork skills.
