The Role
The International Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of governance and management of his OEM’s corporate accounts into
Solera. This includes the prospection, renewal and new business acquisition for existing and new products at international level.
They will define and implement policies for effective OEM new logos acquisition in partnership with regional and local sales team. They will support
an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Take care of collaboration required with transversal teams (marketing, technical and
product) to ensure proper launch of service at client side.
To be successful in this role, this individual must be able to work to aggressive deadlines whilst remaining flexible to the needs of the business. They
must be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude and always take the initiative in ensuring outputs are delivered on time and to the expected quality.
They will enjoy working in a strong team environment focussed on delivery of robust, high quality, value adding solutions to Solera’s customers.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the OEM’s acquisition and achieve revenue targets
• Support the integration of the build data acquisition and operations related to data acquisition
• Manage the client engagement with transversal teams (local sales, technical, product, marketing, data acquisition)

• Organization – International Account Managers work on several projects at once and handle multiple contracts and clients

• Sales focus –Demonstrable & effective contribution to agreed RBU BIs, achieving revenue & timeliness.
• New business oriented – New business growth budget target achieved within the area of responsibility acquiring new OEM’s logos at
corporate level.
Other skills required for this position include:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience
• 10+ years within the Automotive sector
• Understanding of standardization, integration
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Multilingual ability (fluent in English and other language)
• Open-minded with international work experience
