About the role Purpose: 

As a Market Operations Intern, you will oversee shipment coordination and invoicing execution to Lacoste Distribution Markets in Americas. You will secure the shipment plan from documentation coordination; shipment coordination; to invoicing when the goods are shipped.

You will provide accurate reports and follow-up to present them to the coordination team to ensure the invoicing execution according to Market requirements and Platform financial monthly targets.

You will collaborate across Americas Platform including SC Production and Planning, Transportation and Finance teams and key functions to report performance of the execution, while supporting operations. You will also collaborate with Vendors Logistics teams in Americas.

You are responsible to provide relevant and accurate data analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities for internal functions. You will proactively present and deliver your reports and presentations to your manager.

Main activities: 

·       Understand Data organization in Lacoste.

·       Understand Monthly invoicing target to reach.

·       Learn how to extract accurate Data from Lacoste ERP.

·       Consolidate data from different sources and support accurate analysis.

·       Consolidate all documentation required to execute shipments (bill of lading, certificate of origins, vendors’ invoicing, …).

·       Organize, store and check exhaustivity and accuracy of documentation to be available for Markets and Carriers for shipment execution.

·       Invoice Markets according to the shipment execution.

·       Support Coordination Team on reports, projects, process improvements & transformation.

Profile Professional background: 

Degree holder or last year of study, ideally Supply Chain or Business Administration.

0 to 2 years of working experience, with international exposure.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in Excel 

Specific requirements:

Fluent in Spanish & English (Additional languages such as Portuguese and French are appreciated).
