Job Summary

Handling all incoming and outgoing international couriers for all Nourish Team and some admin matters.

Ensure all documentation eg. Invoices, COA, Product Specification, declaration letters, FDA permit etc. are prepared and attached to each package before shipping.Shipping all types of shipment including R&D Flavors Samples, Prototypes Illustration Demo samples for Snacks, Bakery Confectionery and Beverage Samples, Market Samples, Laboratory Supplies to Packaging Materials etc.Liaise with courier companies mainly DHL, Fedex on the various complicated rules and regulations that are required in some countries to meet customs requirements before shipping out especially for food items.Verify and help with solving problems with courier companiesMonitor, track and manage inventory levels to ensure timely replenishmentContact and liaise with DG Forwarding agents for DG samples sendingGood housekeeping and topping up of supplies in shipping areaPackaging and weighing items, printing labels for DHL, Fedex AWB and packaging labelling.
