Insurance Executive
What can you expect?
The Insurance Executive is responsible for handling technical insurance and reinsurance matters of a portfolio of MMS clients, consisting primarily of but not limited to captive insurance entities. The senior role acts as the main contact and resource on all insurance related issues and matters to ensure the delivery of high quality service to clients, whilst providing technical insurance support to MMS team colleagues. He/she provides insurance monitoring and control, and ensures regulatory compliance. It is a consulting, advisory, and managerial position.

An internationally recognized insurance and/or risk management qualification, such as ACII, CPCU, CIRMMinimum of 15 years of (re)insurance experience, with at least 5 in Captive ManagementMinimum of 15 years of recent experience building relationships with customers in an Insurance Management and/or Client Services roleMinimum of 5 years of recent supervisory or management experience preferredExperience in the insurance regulatory environmentWorking knowledge of investment and insurance accountingAbility to provide training to Account Administrators and Insurance ManagersAbility to lead client and prospect meetingsAbility to research complex matters independentlyExcellent knowledge of local regulations and proceduresStrong knowledge of captive policy structuresProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage own workload as well as work as part of a team – must be able to work well under pressureAbility to adapt to changing priorities and to multitaskApplicants may only apply via our website, www.marsh.com/us/careers.html.
