Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving overall assigned territory growth revenue while providing best in class support and service. The position will be working with new and existing customers to increase sales and to promote new Snap One products and product categories. Creating a cohesive and consistent buying experience regardless of purchasing channel, phone, e-commerce, Snap One Pro Store. Having familiarity with a discovery-to-close sales process and being comfortable with high volume of outbound calls and emails with an attention to detail, are key attributes for success in this position. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
JOB DUTIES:
Manage a book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline, track and close deals
Actively manage new dealer applications through a detailed selection process
Responsible for gathering customer account information to help effectively manage the customer relationship
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s
Build strong relationships with customers in order to become a strategic product partner
Consistently update and manage CRM data to provide visibility and clarity on business status and progress
Support acquisition team’s onboarding campaigns through direct mail, email, social, and trade shows
Ability to learn and comprehend a large range of product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
Partner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
Up to 20% travel to attend key customer meetings, prospecting new leads, trade shows and industry events
YOU MUST HAVE:
2+ Years’ experience in sales
Experience with a CRM
Ability to analyze sales results and make changes as needed
Effective remote presentation and demonstration skills via Teams, Zoom, etc.
Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities
Willing to travel up to 20%
