**Description and Requirements**
Lenovo Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Team Manager to join our Global Accounts division. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 10 to 15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) across the Greater Asia Pacific region. We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-minded professional who is passionate about people development, sales excellence, and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage a regional team of 10–15 ISRs to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
+ Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing sales team.
+ Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Business Units (Product Managers), Vertical Leaders, Regional Sales Leaders, Project Managers, Global Account Managers (GAM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Order Management teams.
+ Resolve roadblocks across the sales cycle—from offer to order and order to cash—ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
+ Utilize data analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions; ensure accuracy and hygiene in pipeline and opportunity management.
+ Handle internal and external issue resolution while providing guidance and support to team members.
+ Champion Lenovo’s values and culture, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
+ Manage deadlines effectively and maintain performance under pressure.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
+ Proven experience in managing sales teams, particularly within an Inside Sales or regional sales environment.
+ Strong people and performance management skills.
+ Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
+ Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin and other languages is an added advantage.
+ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members towards shared goals.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
