We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **RESPONSABILIDADES:** Garantizar la operatividad y eficiencia de los sistemas de refrigeración en sitios comerciales, brindando soporte técnico de alta calidad, respondiendo efectivamente a alarmas y fallas, y generando reportes precisos de incidencias para asegurar la continuidad de la operación y la satisfacción del cliente.: + Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de sistemas para identificar y resolver problemas en el rendimiento de equipos de refrigeración. + Experiencia en soporte técnico remoto asistido a usuarios finales + Conocimientos en diagnóstico de controladores paramétricos y programación básica en sistemas de refrigeración. + Experiencia en la atención de alarmas de sistemas de refrigeración y en la generación de reportes de fallas e incidencias. + Capacidad de trabajar con herramientas de análisis de datos para el desarrollo de reportes y métricas de rendimiento. **REQUISITOS :** + Conocimientos sólidos en refrigeración, incluyendo sistemas comerciales de control y monitoreo de refrigeración. + Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de sistemas para identificar y resolver problemas en el rendimiento de equipos de refrigeración. + Dominio avanzado de Excel para análisis de datos, elaboración de reportes y generación de gráficos. + Manejo de PowerPoint y Word para la creación de presentacionesy guías de resoluciónde eventos. + Conocimientos en Power BI para envío y actualización de reportes visuales del desempeño y tendencias del sistema de refrigeración. + Conocimientos en diagnóstico de controladores paramétricos y programación básica en sistemas de refrigeración. + Experiencia en la atención de alarmas de sistemas de refrigeración y en la generación de reportes de fallas e incidencia + Experiencia de al menos 2 años en sistemas de refrigeración comercial y en sistemas de control paramétricos, enfocado a tiendas de autoservicio, farmacias y tiendas de conveniencia + Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión de control de refrigeración (BMS), preferentemente en plataformas de monitoreo y optimización. + Experiencia de al menos 1 año brindando soporte técnico remoto. + Inglés intermedio a avanzado para la comunicación técnica. + Orientado a la acción: Responde de manera rápida y eficiente a problemas y solicitudes de clientes, tomando decisiones informadas para resolver fallas y restaurar la operación. + Planificación y alineación: Organiza sus actividades diarias y prioridades de manera que se alineen con los objetivos generales de soporte y mejora del sistema de refrigeración. + Enfocado en resultados: Busca continuamente optimizar los resultados del sistema de refrigeración, priorizando la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente. + Enfoque en el cliente: Asegura una comunicación efectiva con el cliente y una comprensión clara de sus necesidades, garantizando la continuidad operativa de los sistemas de refrigeración. + Habilidades tecnológicas: Se mantiene actualizado en tecnologías de refrigeración y herramientas digitales de monitoreo para brindar el mejor soporte técnico posible. + Gestión de la complejidad: Analiza problemas complejos en los sistemas de refrigeración, considerando múltiples variables y posibles soluciones para tomar decisiones efectivas. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
