**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM. This role involves managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure operations. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is during the day. **Responsibilities** + Manage and optimize IT infrastructure operations to ensure seamless performance. + Oversee the implementation and maintenance of AI Ops solutions to enhance operational efficiency. + Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM to ensure smooth functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues. + Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches. + Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. + Lead initiatives to enhance the reliability and scalability of IT infrastructure. + Provide training and support to team members on AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM. + Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery. + Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity. + Analyze infrastructure performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM. + Should possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Must have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations. + Should have experience in managing hybrid work models. + Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. + Should have strong communication and documentation skills. + Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Certifications Required** Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM AI Ops Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
