Job duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Providing 1st level support to associates and guests on hotel systems and office applications Undertake department administrative duties Configure users PCs/apply software fixes & patches Ensure that all critical data is backed up on an approved schedule and do regular data restore checks
