POSITION OBJECTIVE
Design, implement and validate process according to new product introduction and/or increase capacity based on organizational needs such as volume changes, wastes reduction, delivering a safe environment for the operational employees and assuring a process capable of meeting the high quality standards of our products.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and executing the new products every model year.
Maintain routings, visual aids, work instructions, risk analysis for every model year.
Execute and record all the ISO processes related to the area.
Planning and executing efficiency and improvement projects.
Follow up and apply engineering changes.
Participate with the FEMA team to reach the best score for the processes.
Ensure that our line balancing and processes maximize the VA/NVA ratio while taking into consideration our workers reality, using lean manufacturing tools.
Help create a continuous improvement culture by using lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMS tools.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
SKILLS:
Space distribution design (lay out)
Ergonomic knowledge
Process design
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledg
Core tools (PFMEA, DFX)
Line balancing and capacity analysis
Education:
Bachelor: Industrial Engineering or Similar
Experience
3 years in similar position
Language:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 70%)
French or german is an advantage
