Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, your prime responsibility will be to architect, design and build solutions on the HighQ platform based on a clear understanding of a client's use case and goals, a thorough analysis of the project requirements, and an appreciation of how our software can best serve the client's longer-term objectives. You will also be required to onboard and train clients. This is a client facing, technical role where you will be expected to work with a range of client stakeholders, communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner, and project manage solutions delivered to clients. You’ll be able to effectively manage multiple client accounts.
As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll have a proven track record in consulting and project delivery, of SaaS and Enterprise Solutions. You'll have a technical background, some experience of front-end web design, and have a keen interest and understanding of technology and the latest web and app trends. You’ll understand the importance of consulting and delivering a high level of customer service. You will be comfortable communicating technical aspects of a project and effectively working with clients to understand their requirements and articulating your proposed solutions based on our software and methods.

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate:

The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
