Identity & Access Management Analyst **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst will be responsible for supporting the planning, design, and operation of enterprise-level Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) capabilities for our company. This role required deployment of the various Saviynt IAM capabilities and processes with a focus on private and public clouds and rapid application onboarding. The ideal candidate should have prior experience implementing and overseeing Saviynt Identity & Access management and have demonstrated capabilities in collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders across both IT and the business. As a key member of IAM, reporting to the Application Security Manager, this position will play a critical role in sustaining and enhancing our existing security environment and striving for excellence and process maturity across an expansive IT landscape. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Design and deploy SAVIYNT Identity and Access Management products EIGA, AAG and PAM ensuring system security throughout the organization. + Install, integrate, configure, and deploy Saviynt IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, and Privileged Account Management. + Develop and maintain the Identity and Access provisioning and de-provisioning rules and workflows. + Application Onboarding, design, development and customization of various source and target systems interfaces + Development of Saviynt Application interface such as REST, AD/LADP, Azure AD, JDBC and PowerShell. + Managing and maintaining Security System and Endpoints. Configuration of Connection JSONs. + Design, configuration and deployment access provisioning to Active Directory groups, Azure Active directory roles and SAP roles Working with application and service owners during migration project. + Coordinate with the team and peers in the industry to apply best practices. + Writes and reviews design and test plans for new and existing operating environments. + Supporting other directly and indirectly dependent teams where required. + Analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Identity and access related problems. + Provide operation support for IAM products, including day to day upkeep of systems and incident/ support ticket management. **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** + Location: Pune, India (Hybrid/Remote) + Environment: Standard office, some travel (domestic/international) may be necessary + Works in team and individual environments. + Ready to support 24/7/5 environment; weekend work/overtime may be necessary **EXPERIENCE:** **Essential** + 5+ year’s experience in SAVIYNT End to End implementation including IGA, AAG and PAM. + Have good knowledge and working experience on Saviynt architecture and products with hands on experience in application onboarding, connector configurations, implementing workflows, SOD, Access certifications, etc + Create documentation for modified app requirements. + Unit and integration testing of the solution + Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal employees. + Knowledge of Security/Authorization model of popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce etc. + Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems independently. + Experience in a SOX compliant environment. + Experience with SOD and understanding of rulesets and mitigation controls; basic knowledge and experience in executing GRC solutions across all Access Control components. + User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation + Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring + Understanding of cloud security concepts + Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge + Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc. + Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude. + Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment. **Desired** + Willing to learn new technologies. + Cross skilling, Upskilling + Good Communication and presentation skills. + Quick learner, team player **EDUCATION** **Essential:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field **Desired:** + Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, or related fieldComputer Science, or related field
