Sus deberes y responsabilidades se completarán bajo la dirección del Supervisor de Recursos Humanos. **COMO GENERALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS, USTED:** + Control de solicitud tarjetas HSBC nuevo ingreso + Captura tarjetas pago en sistema Tress y Workday + Atención y Seguimiento a programas de Recursos Humanos (Coke Event, celda del mes, asistencia perfecta, postre, cumpleaños, entre otros) + Aplicación de Acciones disciplinarias + Captura de Acciones disciplinarias en sistema tress y Kronos + Elaboración Grados en ambos sistemas + Captura de Acciones disciplinarias en sistema tress y Kronos + Revisión cafetería + Soporte a departamento médico con los casos que se presenten en el turno + Atención a Renuncias Voluntarias + Elaboración de accesos del turno + Atención a Personal + Recorrido a las áreas de producción + Reporte final de turno + Auditorias Voz de la seguridad + Elaboración de cartas de trabajo + Realizar cambios de turno y área + Reporte de tiempo extra + Entrega de gavetas + Junta mensual de cafetería + Soporte aplicar reportes de confianza cuando atienda segundo o tercer turno + Entrega de regalos a personal de nuevo ingreso **QUIEN ERES:** Actúas con un claro sentido de propiedad. Tienes habilidad para facilitar temas diversos, buscas la mejora continua innovando procesos, tienes actitud de servicio – enfoque al cliente, analizas y consideras diferentes recursos para tomar decisiones con honestidad y guiado por la Ética de la Empresa. **EDUCACIÓN, EXPERIENCIA Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS:** Carrera Profesional, más un mínimo de un 3 años de experiencia preferentemente, incluido el liderazgo, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia + Manejo de paquetes computacionales + Ingles deseable + Automotivado con capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
