Summary

Coordinate the industrial security area, property and environmental security to ensure compliance with Lubrizol Corp's security policy and environment and also to Brazilian law. Responsible for Paulinia unit.

 

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSE On Site, Establish HSE Culture Following Lubrizol Corporate and Local Site Requirements. Prepare website induction, onbooarding and training plan for employees, site contractors, visitors and ennsure adherence to training plan and reflects.
• Ensure the correct implementation of health policies, occupational safety, quality and environment of Lubrizol Corp in the Paulínia plant
• Guarantee compliance with Brazilian law regarding occupational safety in the Paulinia plant.
• Ensure training, accompaniments, audits to ensure permanent updating of employee knowledge and continuous improvement in the areas of occupational safety, quality and environment;
• Maintain constant exchange of technical information and reports with the matrix, receive, participate, monitor and manage audits regarding industrial and equity security areas.
• Keep updated and manage incident reports - act in critical analysis and corrective actions.
• Track production processes and account for every security management routine and indicators.
• Act in conjunction with production team in risk assessments and non -standard work for the maintenance of health and employee health and integration.
• Establish Osha Standards and Corporate Requirement for Occupation Health Hazards and Monitoring of the Same Affecting Employees and Contractual Workers.
• Conduct Regular website HSE Audits, Inspectations & Incident Investigations, and Ensure Close Out of Findings.
• Ensure Proper Investigations, JSA, Process Safety Management Implementation, in Plant Operation.
• Lead and Participate in Various Safety Related Studies Like Hazop, Sil, QRA, Hazid, Noise Study, Ergonomic Study, Man-Machine Study, Ehazop, DHA In Project Execution, Ensure Right Design in Place and Compliance of All Studies Requirements Are Met.
• Carry Out Operation and Mainatenance SOP Reviews, Implementation of Lubrizol Cardinal Rule and Operational HSE Requirement The projects and Plants Move into Commissioning and Startup
• Prepare Emergency Plan for Project Sites, Carry Out Mock Drills to Ensure Website Preparedness with respect to Emergency. Participate in Preparation and Update Site Emergency Plans.

 

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Education: Graduation in Chemical Engineering and/or Enviromental Eginnering. Desirable Specialization and/or post-grad degree in the area. Work experience: Minimum 5 years of experience Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills. Strong command over MS office, Excel, power point, Knowledge related to rules and regulations related to HSE Experience in environment infrastructure management and building safety culture. Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, Fire, Hygiene, Training Language and computing: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Advanced English and desirable Spanish
