What You'll Do:

We are seeking a dedicated HSE&S Professional to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSE&S) activities. This role ensures that our operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, ISO and corporate standards. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement in HSE&S’ performance, maintaining our community-granted right to operate and preventing financial losses due to incidents.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

The HSE&S Professional will monitor operations to ensure compliance with regulatory HSE&S requirements through compulsory inspections, internal audits, and adherence to duties imposed by regulators. This role involves supporting the implementation of health, safety and environment programs, providing training and awareness, conducting audits and ensuring site procedures align with company policies and standards. The professional will also maintain documented HSE&S systems and foster internal and external communication with managers, co-workers, authorities, external emergency services, HSE&S consultants, neighboring factories, and the chemical association. The role typically reports to the UK HSE Manager.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

 

Candidates must possess a qualification in Health, Safety and Environmental Management. A strong knowledge of HSE regulations and technical processes is essential. Key competencies include: planning and execution, results orientation, open communication,  building relationships.
