Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe purpose of HSE Specialist position is to contribute for the compliance and effectiveness of HSE policy of the Group and the plant, according to the directives issued by Faurecia Group, applicable and HSE management system legislation, according to ISO14001 and ISO 45001.
The main missions of the role are:
Participate in the analysis and evaluation risks and propose solutions to improve working conditions at the level of industrial safety and respect for the environment.
Perform the internal HSE audits.
Set the PPEs required for each workstation.
Controlling the warehouse PPEs: reception, organization, and delivery of PPEs to employees.
Plan appointments and medical examinations of the company's employees in accordance with legal requirements.
Develop the procedures, instructions, and forms HSE.
Develop and participate in programs of communication, awareness and HSE training.
Implement and control the visual management of jobs.
Promote and support best practices in terms of ergonomics at work.
Participate in the implementation of measures aimed at legal compliance and compliance with the HSE Policy.
Participation in the Management Systems Maintenance according to the standards ISO14001 and ISO 45001.
Participate in the implementation of FES factory strategy.
To ensure the effectiveness of the 5S's within their areas of responsibility.
Realize and receipt purchasing requests.
Participate in the implementation of procedures relating to the physical security of facilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum education level: Degree in Environmental Engineering; CAP TSHST
Skills and competencies
Advanced level of english
IT user's perspective.
Knowledge of the SAP.
HSE legislation (national and international): ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
