Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesWe are looking for our Talent Development Apprentice who will not only get the chance to get to know more about our dynamic industry for a greener world but also participate in the HR Development initiatives and missions in our Head Quarters (HQ) in Nanterre. You will be supported in your development by our Talent Development Director.
Let us introduce the main missions and opportunities for you:
o Support to the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (Data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc)
o Participate to Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Program Functions & global Clean Mobility talent development initiatives (Career trajectory & strategic projects follow-up, VIE talent pool follow-up, high potential sponsoring, etc)
o Design and deploy Talent Development initiatives: mentoring, digital events and campaigns
o Follow Talent Development calendar and associated processes, driving campaigns and statistics (Annual Reviews, Talent Acquisition, Key People engagement…)
o Support management of Clean Mobility learning community worldwide
o Animate Talent Development community and lead the coordination and the follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review
o Adhoc projects/missions
