Directly reporting to the Italian General Manager, and functionally to the Europe & North America HR Director, you will deploy locally global HR policies and be the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR matters. Partnering with the business, you will be the wing-(wo)man of the management for all HR topics. Responsibilities Partner with management and leadership teams to implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives Act as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters and own the HR planning process and employment lifecycle, such as: performance review, engagement survey, compensation review Support change management initiatives and provide guidance on navigating organizational development Lead the HR integration into PepsiCo systems and processes from local point of view in collaboration with global HR Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of inclusivity and collaboration Deliver on the HR foundations, such as: ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies; payroll preparation (with the support of a third-party supplier); general HR administration, including employment contract Partner with leaders to build and support high performing teams and to reinforce our commitment to ongoing performance management. Create a robust talent strategy to attract, recruit and retain winning talent, and ensure the right people are in place to meet business needs Provide ongoing coaching, consultancy and learning through the organization, by implementing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and promote career growth Work with Global Rewards team to ensure clear, simple reward and benefit frameworks. Strong contribution for HR budgeting process, ensuring company & country compliance requirements are met Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a similar role or HRBP Bachelor’s degree in social studies. An MA will be considered a plus Experience working in both multinational organization and in a smaller scale units with 50-100 employees Strong change management and project management skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships Strategic thinking abilities to ensure the delivery of HR services that meet the evolving needs of the business Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple activities Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Proficiency in HR software will be considered a plus
