**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
+ Maintainemployeeinformationthatisaccurate,meetstheorganization'slegalobligations,andassistsinhumanresourcemanagementandplanning.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Processchangestotheorganization'shumanresourceprogramsandpoliciesinaccordancewithguidelinessothattheseprogramsareimplementedaccuratelyandfairly.
+ Maintainemployeerecordsmanuallyorinahumanresourcesinformationsystem(HRIS)sothatinformationisaccurateandsecure.
+ Datamanagedmayincludepersonalinformation,jobhistory,retirementandinsurancedocumentation,leaveaccrualrecords,anddetailsofillness,absences,transfers,andsalaryprogression.
+ Analyzedataandpreparereportsformanagement,tomeetlegalobligations,orforexternalagencies.
+ Statisticsanalyzedmayincludeemployeedemographics,skillsinventory,absences,overtime,oremployeeturnover.
+ Respondtoenquiriesfromemployees,managersandexternalagencies(suchasgovernmentdepartmentsorinsurers)aboutindividualandorganization-widehumanresourceinformation,withoutcompromisingtheorganization'sstandardsofprivacyandconfidentiality.
