Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe role of the HR Business Partner is to support the Plant HR Manager in the implementation and continuous development of specific Forvia standards at the Plant – including but not limited to the 'Employee Empowerment' module. The role is to support day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures and to connect the people-focused side of HR with the business side of running a Plant to help reach its goals and objectives.
• Actively work on the Employee Empowerment processes in a daily shopfloor approach, coaching and contributing to the add value of the business goals and needs;
• Act as trainer/coach in the different HR/Employee needs promoting workshops and trainings accordingly;
• Propose and pilot HR development projects focus on continuous innovation and improvement;
• Respond to HR external and internal audits and assure the efficient follow up of action plans;
• Contribute to the career development processes;
• Ensure shopfloor recruitment with the temporary agencies and the efficient follow up in terms of the quality, costs and deliveries of the Suppliers;
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, actively preventing social risks and promoting a positive social dialogue;
• Act as HR visible leadership ensuring company's culture and values, aligned with goals, vision, mission and guiding principles;
• Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and full implementation of the Forvia Code of Ethics & Management
