**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:**
+ Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees.
+ Support on campus initiatives to promote a professional and enjoyed workplace and surveys.
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for HR initiatives that improve employee experiences, grow high-performing teams and reinforce our values and culture.
+ Responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality assurance of HRIS data.
+ Responsible for Union and Professional Campus files.
+ Develop efficient campus communication strategies.
+ Lead internal communications (memos, announcements, newsletters, etc.)
+ Coordinate initiatives and Campus events.
+ Facilitate delivery of employee communications, such as organization changes, new hires, key initiative updates, programs, events and Company or local news.
+ Support on Human Resources processes such as onboarding and benefit administration for union employees.
+ Support HR alignment by collaborating with HR teams across the business to drive consistent execution of HR services.
+ Work with local leadership on employee relations issues, establish documentation, schedule recurring meetings and setup periodic updates as needed to improve some employees' low performance.
+ Support on keep current benefits, and align company policies, practices and procedures to guarantee adherence.
+ Reports indirectly to a Focus Factory Manager on HR issues and local/global metrics.
+ May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
**YOU HAVE:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field required.
+ 3+ years of validated, progressing HRBP experience.
+ Experienceinlaborrelationsmanagement,legaland taking care ofunions,conflictresolution,terminations,dealingwithdelegates.
+ Practical knowledge about MS Office, Tress and Workday.
+ ProficientinExcel,managementofrotationgraphs,absenteeism,projectprogress,etc.
+ Proficient English desirable.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills (Oral and written) and presentations.
+ Excellent planning and social skills.
+ Operational Excellence – Proven experience in handling diverse HR tasks proficiently, able to lead the HR function independently and interpret Mexican employment laws competently.
+ HR Leadership – Confirmed ability to effectively lead exciting employee relations topics.
+ Development – Confirmed skill in coaching and counseling employees.
+ Multisite HR responsibility – should have experience working in a multisite environment (Campus).
+ Goal-oriented – Strong discernment for business and analytical thinking.
+ Resilient – Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks.
