Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our Interiors Regional Business Unit HR Team is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner apprentice for its Region based in Méru (50 minutes from Paris gare du Nord, 30 minutes from Cergy)

The Regional HR team support the Operations, Engineering, Programs & Support Functions of the Region and impulse actions to build a High Performing Organization through Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Staffing, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion. 

Within this team, you will be able to work in an multi countries and operational context, surrounded by dedicated people with innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets, working collaboratively in order to develop FORVIA’s most valuable asset- its people!

You will be working with the Regional Human Resources Director, be involved in various exciting projects and take on responsibility and get great insights into the human resources management function of a dynamic company.

Your missions: 

Main responsibilities

The apprentice will have the opportunity to actively contribute to different activities/projects, he/she will:

•    Support on Regional HR roadmap (Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Empowerment, Talent Management, Employee Relations ….)
•    Ensure regular communication on initiatives and projects concerning Engagement, Regional achievements, Recognition Programs and well-being by promoting a culture of collaboration
•    Support in HR Metrics update and analysis for the Region France/UK/Germany and follow up of action plan associated
•    In collaboration with the Talent Development team, monitor the staffing dashboard, recruitment data and KPIs of the Region and follow up
•    Support Annual STAR (performance evaluation) and Objectives Setting process
•    Support HR Business Partner in daily activities

•    … and others challenging missions! As we operate in a fast-paced environment, new projects and initiatives may come up during your apprenticeship.

As part of the support for the France labor relations team, you will:

•    Support preparation of meetings of central works council 
•    Support preparation of Negotiations meetings with unions in France
•    Contribute to case studies on legal matters to support site HR managers
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

What if it were you? 

Technical skills /Education
-    You are completing a Master 2 degree in HR and have a previous experience as HR apprentice /trainee
-    You are fluent in English (written and verbal) and French
-    You know how to make an impactful and visual communication using different tools (Canva, PowerPoint…)
-    You are comfortable with Excel

Soft skills 
-    You are a team player and demonstrate high agility
-    You are confident in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-    You have track record of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-    You are results oriented and organized
-    You have a critical thinking
-    You are wired digital and simplicity
