A Floor Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts upkeeps the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, F&B outlets, guestrooms, guest corridors and back-of-house areas.

What will I be doing? 

\n

As a Floor Supervisor, you will upkeep the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, F&B outlets, guestrooms, guest corridors and back-of-house areas. Specifically, a Housekeeping Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nTo follow proper payroll, keys and pagers procedures.\nTo prepare maid assignment reports accordingly.\nTo monitor and guide Room Attendant from time to time in order to achieve the standards of cleanliness in guest rooms.\nTo make recommendations and follow through on disciplinary action for assigned staff.\nTo provide excellent guest service in all areas of responsibilities.\nTo inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms, to ensure the standards are being achieved by each employee.\nTo monitor the cleanliness of hallway, lift landing, service area, pantry and chute area.\nTo coordinate and monitor all crash programs or projects and ensure that task is completed in a timely manner. \nTo detect discrepancy and report any “sleep out” and “skip” rooms.\nTo maintain the upkeep of all bedspreads, draperies, carpet cleaning, bed skirts and furniture refinishing.\nTo ensure floor storage areas and pantry are kept in an orderly and clean manner.\nTo coordinate work orders in assigned areas and follow up on inspections.\nTo report any maintenance deficiencies in guestrooms and fill out work order.\nTo handle all lost and found items according to procedure.\nTo maintain a high level of employee morale.\nTo communicate well and maintain good working relationships with all department in the hotel at all time. \nTo successfully utilize the log for communication purposes. \nTo participate in department meetings.\nTo interpret all department policies, procedures and standards established by the Director of Housekeeping.\nTo assist in the performance evaluations in accordance with the hotel\nTo respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. \nTo perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.\n

A Floor Supervisor serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nReading, writing and oral proficiency in the English Language.\nAble to work as a team.\nKnowledge of the tasks performed by the Room Attendant.\nPreferably (1) year supervisory experience.\nAble to work independently and exercise initiative.\nWell organized and able to plan work schedules.\nFlexibility to work varied shifts and on weekend.\n\n
