Reporting into the Host Operations Lead, you will work cross-functionally with various internal and external shareholder groups to drive the implementation and launch of all new Host assignments across the US, providing project plan management, coordination, and client communications. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. **What You'll Do:** **Implementation Governance** + Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation plans and templates related to Host Experience Services, including partner-specific projects. + Establish and maintain implementation support resources including responsibility matrixes, client communication tools, and project trackers. Provide training to relevant partners to ensure their understanding of the resources. + Maintain an implementation governance program including communication cadences, leadership reporting, and performance tracking. **New Business Implementations** + Lead the creation of project-specific implementation plans for new business initiatives reflecting the agreed scope of work and budget, collaborating with sales leadership to complete the handover of required information. + Direct relevant implementation partners (both internal and external) to ensure the timely completion of implementation tasks. + Act as the client and Property Management point of contact for Host Experience Services Implementations. + Proactively monitor and identify mitigation strategies for implementation risks. + Complete close out reporting for newly launched implementations. **Product Innovation Support** + Work with internal collaborators and partners including New Stand and Industrious to develop implementation plans supporting new Host Experience Services Products. + Support new partner discovery conversations to understand potential implementation requirements. **What You'll Need:** _To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for theHost Implementation Directoris $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for theHost Implementation Directoris $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
