Job Description

HNTE Project manager:

政策研究和解读：研究国家和地方高新技术企业的政策，确保信息和政策更新及时获取申请和维护：维护公司高新技术企业资质，协助三年资质复审工作项目管理：推动公司内部研发费用整理和归集，寻找研发费用机会点，推动项目落地数据分析：收集/分析公司 HNTE相关等指标预测及实际数据，提供报告和建议沟通协调：与研发部门等各部门保持沟通,与政府科技局和科创委协调沟通Policy Research and Interpretation: Conduct research on national and local policies related to high-tech enterprises, ensuring timely updates on information and policies are obtained.Application and Maintenance: Maintain the company high-tech enterprise qualification and assist in the triennial qualification review process.Project Management: Drive the organization and integration of internal R&D expenses, identify opportunities for R&D investments, and facilitate the implementation.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze company high-tech related indicators, both forecasts and actual data, to provide reports and suggestions.Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with various departments, including the R&D department.Government department Science and Technology Bureau and Science and Technology Innovation Commission.

 

Inno-fund Project manager:

收集公司 Inno-fund 项目，协助评选工作追踪项目预算使用情况并定期汇报Inno-Fund Project Collection and Evaluation assistance: Collect company Inno-fund projects and assist in the evaluation and selection process.Budget Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project budget and provide regular reports on status.

QualificationsAs least Bachelor’ degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;>5 years working experience in finance or controlling area, better to have tax related experienceGood project management skills; Good communication and coordination skills;Good English skill both oral and written.
