About the team 

The WorldPay for Platforms Business unit is recognized as a global leader in financial technology, Payments, and e-commerce. Our deep understanding of the Payment ecosystem collaborative mantra and platform flexibility enables our teams to create integrated payment experiences that deliver improved customer loyalty, software utility and value to our vertical SaaS partners.

We function in a professional and agile environment that thrives on collaboration and teamwork. Harboring an engaged and passionate team, our modern Australian Head Office is located at Brisbane, with an additional office in Sydney’s CBD.

What you’ll own

Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to create sales opportunities.Identifies, creates and manages key-account/business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities.Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance.Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.Provides financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.Establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.This role is required to work with different teams across different geographies and time zones to deliver business outcomes. As such, the role may be required to work or remain contactable outside regular hours due to different time zones at times. Other related duties as assigned. 

What you bring

Strong leadership skills and experience in leading diverse high performing teams, incorporating coaching and development of direct reports.  Commercial experience to help our partners at c-suite and operational level achieve their goalsMinimum of 5 years of direct account/relationship management experiencePayment, Software, or solution focused environment experienceAbility to develop short, medium and long-range strategic plans and financial budgets
