Are you passionate about developing and managing the Power Automation Solution? Join our team and lead the end-to-end planning, requirement detailing, and implementation of solutions. 

You’ll make an impact by
• You will lead the global team of panels & assembly workshops for Power Automation Solutions.• You will mentor and guide the global Assembly Workshop community to drive continuous improvement & fostering a culture of shared learning & best practice.• You act as the Global Product lifecycle Management (PLM) for the Multipurpose Automation Box (MAB) – the Gateway for IoT & Cloud, Distribution Automation, Microgrid & Photovoltaic Plant Control solution.• You act as the Head of PLM for next generation hardware and software for Automated Testing, as a part of Integrate Power Automation Suite.
Your defining qualities• You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical,  Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. • More than 18 years of professional experience across Business Management, Sales, Operations, PLM and Engineering designs.• Substantial knowledge and experience of managing large international team.• Relevant experience in the disciplinary leadership of international teams.• You have a problem-solving and analytical mentality to develop creative solutions and outstanding communications skills to collaborate with diverse partners. • You have intercultural experience and understanding and you are fluent in English and a second language, e.g. German, Spanish or Portuguese. • You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
