Head of NAM Capital Introductions
**Business Overview:** US Capital Introductions is part of the Prime Finance group within the Equities division. The head of this group will focus on building and maintaining relationships with NAM based institutional investors, with a focus on each investor’s individual investment objectives and portfolio needs in order to service our Hedge Fund client’s capital raising needs. Furthermore this person is expected to be an integral part of our Prime Services marketing and branding efforts, leading the team’s strategy in branding and content creation. We are looking for a candidate to build a Cap Intro strategy, develop a North America client strategy, content plan and manage a multifaceted team, manage KPIs and organized process around client engagement and resourcing. Strong alignment with the objectives of the Prime Services business and monetization focus is a must **Key Responsibilities:** + Work with hedge fund clients, prospects and institutional investors to help service their capital raising needs + Organize capital introduction events and flagship conferences + Organize our CI team marketing and branding efforts, produce content + Oversee our talent introduction efforts and strategy + Develop team strategy, client coverage plans and drive execution of business strategy + Coordinate with global Origination teams to deliver best in class service to client base, and monetize efforts + Collaborate on marketing presentations for key clients and hedge fund prospects + Gain a working knowledge of the hedge fund players and the complex strategies they employ + Assist in developing our proprietary database of hedge funds and investors + Source referrals from investors and work with relevant clients to disseminate them **Knowledge/Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree + At least 10+ years of prior financial services work experience + Prior Markets sales experience required + Know and worked with ~25 institutional investors + Experience managing teams, developing team strategies, driving success + Strong marketing skills and presence + Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills + Strong interest in financial markets and the people and firms that drive them + Exceptional attention to detail, follow up and organizational skills + A willingness and ability to work within a strong team **Skills/Competencies:** + Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills + Strong interest in financial markets and the people and firms that drive them + Exceptional attention to detail, follow up and organizational skills + A willingness and ability to work within a strong team **Qualifications:** _(licenses 7, 63, 55, 24,)_ Licenses Required: 7 & 63 ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Institutional Sales ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Investor Sales ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
