Part of Merchant Solutions International (Worldpay), the Small-Medium Business (SMB) International team is focused on delivering payment transformation for its existing and future merchants – aiming to make the process of taking, making and managing payments easier.

What you will be doing
Worldpay SMB International is aiming to expand its distribution footprint by partnering with top bank partners in the Uk and Republic of Ireland. Reporting directly to the Head of Commerce, the role holder will lead the Worldpay capability to identify and target appropriate bank clients with our merchant services offerings through different channels.They will also play a nodal role in all insight and data led initiatives required to drive customer engagement and growth.
Key Objectives:
Lead the collaboration with a bank partner to sell Worldpay's merchant acquiring services, guiding a team of data analysts to identify target customers and run effective campaigns.Leverage internal and external data and oversee communication design, offers, and sales and onboarding fulfillment channels and journeys.Continuously optimize: leverage statistical and advanced analytics methods to maximise valueDeepen engagement with partner boarded customers through additional products and servicesWhat you'll Own
Drive new sales and customer engagement from the partner customer base leveraging data, analytical insights and business capabilities :
Customer Identification and targeting: Leverage bank internal and external data and Worldpay insights to create a robust segmentation and targeting framework to drive new sales and revenue. Continuously optimize offers and fulfilment journeys while balancing company value and customer needs.Campaign development: Create and optimize outbound and inbound targeting campaigns to generate leadsMarket Analysis: Understand competitive dynamics and customer needs in the UK and European markets.Use market research and data trends to identify customer needs and gaps in current offerings.Customer lifecycle management: Understand the customer lifecycle value and identify key sales levers for prospect targeting and onboarding. Leverage champion challenger strategies to continuously optimise outcomes. Leverage Worldpay’s customer engagement capabilities to design and deploy propositions swiftly.Process controls: establish and manage an operating model for lead identification, targeting and fulfilment, overseeing internal processes to generate merchant sales and onboarding experience.Continuous improvements: Help drive creation of new business capabilities, channels and propositions that help customers grow their businesses this increase revenues for Worldpay and partner.Build effective partnerships with the Banking partner and Worldpay
Stakeholder Engagement :Build strong relationships with bank stakeholders to drive effective customer contact campaigns while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.Brand enhancement: Leverage the Worldpay brand to create a competitive advantage and become the preferred provider of merchant acquiring services for bank clients.Lead the team:
Provide guidance to data analysts within the ring-fenced bank, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity.Lead virtual and direct teams, driving engagement, purpose, and fulfillment.Develop and manage a high-performing team, building strong and trusted relationships across and outside the organization.What you bring
Garduate in Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics , Economics, Data Engineering and Anlytics, Computer sciences or similar subjects with 10+ years of experienceAbility to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making : Deep and proven expertise in leveraging advanced data analytics to generate commercial value. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation.Hands on with coding and data manipulation including dirty data , statistical modelling and AI methods to arrive at commercial outcomesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
