We are excited to announce an opportunity within ZF Group for a dynamic professional to lead our efforts in managing and optimizing our vibration and damping product categories across Europe. This role is crucial in driving both growth and profitability within the region. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development to market introduction, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs. They will collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine product specifications and manage transitions within our product lines. The role involves representing our aftermarket segment during key phases, driving sales, and supporting major customer tenders. We seek a strategic leader with a proven track record in enhancing market presence and leading regional teams to success.

What you can look forward to as Head of Category Vibration&Damping Europe:

 

Managing product-related workstreams to guarantee timely execution of regional category - and corresponding product lines - strategy deliverables, growth and profitability improvements activities to achieve the regional targets; Being accountable for delivering output of end to end Product Range Development (GDPEP) and Lifecycle Management activities both within the operational and strategic level, for areas like OES and IAM, including channel shifts, re-engineering, and product specification in collaboration with engineering teams; Representing the aftermarket segment during the application phase, ensuring timely eBOM compilation and product industrialization, including defining the OES range based on customer applications; Driving product line sales in the region, leveraging category expertise to address customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Support key customer tenders from range gap analysis to business case creation; Leading the global team as also as supporting other regional teams for products of the regional range.

 

Your Profile as Head of Category Vibration&Damping Europe:

 

International Sales/Marketing/ Business Development background; Experience within OES/IAM/Service sales processes & business; Experience in product management, specification & development processes; Extensive knowledge of the Automotive environment preferably with the Aftermarket related experience as also as connected with the knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures and processes; Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of Product Strategy targets; Negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills; Proven Leadership skills and experience within leading the diverse and global teams; Strong drive for results while developing competences and teams empowerment within AM Organization.
