In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a small, cross-functional team looking to grow our presence in A&D applications across relevant segments of DuPont’s Electronics business. The team will collaborate with end users to identify challenges and opportunities, create a growth strategy and related portfolio of innovation projects, and manage those projects to deliver benefits for customer and end users. The Growth Project Manager will play a vital role in the team and will be a key player that brings the strategy to life through discrete projects. The role is aligned with DuPont’s future Electronics company, Qnity. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities** + Manage and execute projects that grow DuPont Electronics presence in A&D applications. + Identify and mitigate risks associated with critical growth opportunities. + Ensure disciplined execution and timely delivery of projects. + Utilize stage gate processes and DuPont’s lean innovation approach to manage projects. + Develop and maintain strong planning, organizing, and communication strategies. + Lead and influence stakeholders and team members through effective leadership. + Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. **Education & Experience** Required: + **Educational Background:** BS or MS Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus. + **Experience:** 5 years or more of industrial experience. + **Project Management:** Strong planning & organization, project execution, and leadership through influence skills. Familiar with stage gate processes. Disciplined execution and attention to detail. + **Team Collaboration:** Demonstrated success in a high-performance work team environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + **Problem Solving and Innovation:** Demonstrated ability to innovate and define new approaches to solve complex problems. Capable of performing in a fast paced, customer-focused business. Preferred: + **Project Management:** Six Sigma and/or professional project management credentials (e.g. PMP or PMI-ACP) are preferred. + **Lean Innovation:** Experience applying hypothesis-based lean innovation principles to identify and test critical assumptions to de-risk high value opportunities with high uncertainty. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action in highly ambiguous B2B environments. + **Open Innovation:** Experience working with external partners within an open innovation framework. (e.g. industry, government, universities) + **US Government Collaboration:** US Government security clearance is a plus.
