Responsibilities
Focus: Attract potential customers (leads) and nurturing them through the sales funnel. This involves identifying target audiences, developing marketing campaigns, and utilizing various strategies to generate interest and collect contact information, ultimately driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Wizeline's business objectives. Researching and understanding the demographics, psychographics, and behaviors of potential customers. Campaign Management: Creating and executing strategies to attract leads, such as multi-channel marketing, social media campaigns, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Lead Generation & Nurture. Content Creation: Developing engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience, such as blog posts, articles, case studies, and social media updates.Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Tracking and analyzing lead generation metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to create an effective lead funnel and nurture strategy.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new solutions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Are You a Fit? Must-Have Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Lead Generation: Proven track record in lead generation and inside sales strategies. Campaign Execution: Demonstrated ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns. B2B Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and buyer personas. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and AI tools is a plus.
Asset Development: Experience developing various assets that will assist in marketing activities, including presentation decks, case studies, emails, sales collateral, and website pages.
Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.. Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Nice-to-Have Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Industry Experience: Experience working in technology startups or fast-paced environments. Events/Trade Shows: Experience attending important industry conferences and managing deliverables based on aggressive timelines. AI Integration: Knowledge of integrating AI tools into marketing strategies. Global Marketing: Experience with global marketing campaigns and diverse markets.
