Job Description
Position Overview:
You will manage a team of 2-3 Product Managers/Business Analysts and perform individual contributor responsibilities consistent with those of a Senior Product Manager. As part of the Product team, you will deliver customer and business value by defining, prioritising, planning and executing the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions that align with Rockwell's organisational goals and product strategy. It is a great opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to take on a leadership role and move your career forward, while helping to guide and mentor the members on your team.
You will report to the VP, Product Management.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a team of product managers.Collaborate with the Product Managers/Owners on your team, as well as UI/UX Designers, Engineers, Technical Writers, and Project Managers to build best-in-class products and lead these initiatives through to completion.Be accountable for successful delivery of roadmap and customer success initiatives, synthesizing near and long-term needs across a diverse landscape of manufacturing SaaS offerings.The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experienceAbility to travel, including internationally, up to 25%.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Typically requires 2+ years of experience leading product teams within SaaSDemonstrated leadership, including the passion and drive to execute across multiple functional areas, aligning internal stakeholders and ultimately delivering GTM messaging to customers and/or partner ecosystems.Experience within manufacturing softwareBenefits:
