Role:
Responsible for the strategy implementation and commercial performance of all CCA eCommerce initiatives in South America countries. The responsibilities surpass platform implementation, includes a commercial and marketing strategy establishment, that have to deliver the best CX and profitability in all eCommerce ecosystem in South America from marketplace stores to tailored made own B2B & B2C platforms.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Design, implement and manage and consolidate commercial and digital marketing strategies towards the forecasted KPIs and CMEnsure the correct functioning of the integration system between API, DMS, Marketplaces, Own solution, connected with Dealer among South America Establish a digital culture to dealers, control their performance through designed policies and e-Catalogue portfolio (delivered to all countries)Responsible for the integration with marketplaces and expansion to new countries, looking forward the best UX and profitability of all eSales channelsBudget control & managementTransform CCA eCommerce in a relevant sales channel among stakeholders (GM internal, dealership and CCA customers)Create a sustainable, scalable and integrated eCommerce environment with technical areas, IT, marketing, commercial and suppliers for all South AmericaOrchestrate the entire ecommerce environment as dedicated team, focal points, suppliers, marketing agencies, 3rd partiesCross boundaries team management#LI-LL1
