You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation. **About the role** We're in search of a proactive Global Supply Chain Quality Programme Manager to join the Reckitt team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. Your expertise will drive activities from concept to execution, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. If you thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and are looking for a role where your actions directly contribute to the company's success, we would love to see your application. **Your responsibilities** - Responsible for maintaining and updating the global supplier QMS ensuring simplification and optimisation. - Co-ordination of global quality improvement projects in global supply chain quality. - Collaborating with the global compliance and performance team ensure global supplier quality, corporate audit and global distribution metrics are reported as per the timelines. - Proactively ensures KPIs for performance are reviewed and trended, identifying and implementing continuous improvement through simplified and efficient ways of working. - Generate vendor quality and distribution risks and provide updates for the V-tool. Escalate as appropriate supplier, distribution, or EMO risks to the Global Supply Chain Quality Director for escalation at the GQLT and associated regional LT. - Maintain and update the Vendor Heat Map and escalates risks at Regional Supplier Review meetings. - Strategic business partnering to Procurement Director for procurement excellence - Work with Corporate Audit and Vendor Quality Directors to ensure compliance verification activities are completed as per the timelines and any risks highlighted and remediated. - Escalation within GSCQ and procurement where compliance verification gaps exist and establish plans to remediate. - Ensure revised external manufacturing standards are cascaded to the EMO supply quality leads and monitors remediation activities to ensure completion to timelines to mitigate risks. - Co-ordinate the generation of all supplier & Vendor manuals and quality documents for the function. - Ensure SOP’s relating to GSCQ are maintained and updated where required. - Establish and maintain a collaborative partnership with internal functional managers - Prepare updates and support the Regional Supplier Quality Reviews the Supply Chain Quality Monthly Review meeting. Prepare updates for the Supply Chain Quality Quarterly management review. - Work to drive quality culture by executing programs and initiatives to promote quality culture. - Be the SME for the deployment of the Supplier Management module and external audit module in QualityOne. **The experience we're looking for** - An excellent understanding of supplier management, compliance and quality management systems - Strong leadership, partnership and facilitation skills, capable of working both vertically and horizontally within the organisation - Strong ability to think strategically, develop tactics, identify improvement areas with measurable implementation plans and able to transform solid thinking into action - Able to programme manage Global Quality Improvement Plans for Supplier Quality. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work flexible working hours due to the different time zones associated with a global role. - Degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent. - Experience within a Healthcare or Nutrition environment - Strong leadership, communication, motivational and interpersonal skills and demonstrate Reckitt values. - Persistent and driven to achieve a final solution.
